• Cancel anytime with immediate processing - no long-term contracts or commitments

Service Availability and Uptime: While we strive for 99%+ uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. We reserve the right to suspend service temporarily for maintenance, security updates, infrastructure upgrades, or to address technical issues. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. Emergency maintenance may occur without notice.

7. Subscriptions, Payments, and Billing

Payment Processing: Business tier subscriptions are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We do not store your payment card details. Billing is handled monthly on a recurring basis.

Subscription Management: You may cancel your Business subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellations are effective immediately, and you will be downgraded to the free tier. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of the billing period.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days advance notice to existing subscribers. Price increases do not affect current subscribers until their next renewal period.

Failed Payments: If subscription payment fails, you will be notified via email and given 7 days to update payment information. After 7 days, your account will be automatically downgraded to free tier.
